1. What we collect

You can browse our catalogue without an account and without giving us any personal information. When you send a trip request we collect what you choose to share with us: your name, a contact channel (WhatsApp and/or email), and the travel context needed to plan your experience (dates, party size, preferences and any notes you include).

Like most websites we also keep technical logs for security and reliability. These logs are minimised: they use reference and correlation identifiers instead of personal content, and they exclude passwords, tokens and request free-text.

2. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies keep the site working: your security session, form protections, your currency preference and your cookie choices. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only load if you allow them — see our Cookie & Tracking Policy. You can change your choices at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

3. How we use information

Request records and related communication are kept only as long as needed to operate our concierge service and meet accounting/legal obligations, after which they are removed or anonymised.

Withdrawing analytics or marketing consent stops future collection — it does not affect the essential working of the site.
